This is one of the coolest hotels we've ever stayed in! The art, the building, the restaurant/bar, the room...everything was great. We were fortunate enough to also be part of International Women's Day, so the gallery was filled with art created by African women, and there was actually an event to meet and speak to the artists. There was also a concert on the rooftop restaurant/bar (the food is creative and tasty!), which was super cool. The location is great, you can catch a taxi to any part of the city easily. There's a little supermarket in front for water, snacks, etc. Our tastefully-decorated room was quiet despite the craziness of Dakar, the bed was comfortable, and it was very clean. The breakfast was also very good, and nice to eat in the patio. And lastly, the hostess Loman, is a super-lovely woman who made us feel very welcome and comfortable and went out of her way to make sure we were. When we go back to Dakar (and we will!), this is the only place we'll stay!!! Thanks!

The best hotel in Dakar. The villa is tastefully decorated. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and nice. The food was very good. The room was really clean and quiet, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The terrace was really nice, too. I would recommend it to anyone.

La casa es muy amplia y la terraza superior es maravillosa. El agua de la ducha caliente y la instalación de la ducha es nueva, fantástico. Muy agradecidos por su flexibilidad ya que reservamos pocas horas antes de llegar al alojamiento y facilitaron que pudiéramos instalarnos al llegar. Gracias!

Las habitaciones son grandes y amplias, están muy limpias y muy bien acondicionadas, alargamos nuestra estancia un día y no nos pusieron ningún problema, el dueño contesta cualquier pregunta o duda que tengas, la ubicación es buena, sin duda es muy buena opción si visitas Dakar.

Maison du Bonheur tiene jardín, terraza, restaurante y bar en Dakar. Fue todo espectacular. El lugar, el entorno, la habitación, las vistas, como tienen decorado cada rincón. Nos atendieron maravillosamente todos. En especial en la llegada por parte del chico que gestiona la casa y el cocinero. La comida estupenda, muy casero todo y muy bueno. Sentía que estabas desconectada de la vida estresante. Completamente relajante. Esperamos poder volver.
