The property is clean and beautiful, 10/10. The staff are friendly and welcoming and we ended up getting two massages (two days in a row) because the first massage was the best of our lives.

Everything about the Lotus Place Sukhothai was very pleasant and relaxing. Our host was very welcoming and helpful. The room was immaculately clean and comfortable. The breakfasts to order was delicious, filling and with the omelette and cheese omelette made to perfection.

Elegant Accommodations: Smilingface guesthouse in Sukhothai offers family rooms with private bathrooms, air-conditioning, and balconies. Each room includes free WiFi, a work desk, and a TV. It was the best homestay I have ever been to. From the staff to the facilities and breakfast, everything was excellent and perfect. Breakfasts cooked to order, spacious and clean rooms, well-working wifi, bikes for use, quiet location near the historical centre, etc. The family and staff running the guesthouse were always friendly, smiling and willing to help with anything. Whenever back to Sukhothai, this is the only place I am considering staying at.

Perfect position in the middle of the old town. We only stayed one night so it was a quick stop over . But very comfortable and convenient and would definitely recommend. Staff were very friendly

Just perfect, calm, quiet, well cured garden, rooms, details all nice. Good services, location, facilities and owners. Really great experience.

Such a friendly, warm and engaging host who kept going the extra mile to make sure our stay was excellent. Only a short walk to the Historical park and with cycle hire available at 30 baht a day - the whole of Sukhothai is available to explore. Breakfast was extremely good and set us up for the day (fried eggs, toast, coffee/tea and fresh fruit) All the information you could wish for is available. The room was lovely. So clean and fresh with added toiletries for the shower and fresh drinking water provided daily. Really excellent stay and this was our second time at Space Ben which didn't disappoint.

Lovely bungalows, quiet and surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers. Playing with the friendly cute dog Panda brings me a lot of fun. Nice and patient boss Ms. Namkhang, who began to answer my questions online before we checked in. And gave useful information about the park and the buses after we‘d checked in. Bicycle Rented and TuTu Car Catching services are available. I'll come again if I have the chance.

This is one of the most beautiful farm villas we have ever experienced. The setting is absolutely breathtaking — surrounded by lush coconut trees, vibrant gardens, and endless views of rice fields as far as the eye can see. It’s the perfect place to unwind and connect with nature. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. We were greeted with fresh, delicious smoothies and refreshing ginger iced tea — a wonderful touch after our long journey. Throughout our stay, the hospitality was beyond anything we expected. On several occasions, we received complimentary treats like fresh watermelon, bottled water, snacks, and smoothies delivered right to our room, without even asking. What truly left a lasting impression was the kindness and dedication of the Villa Manager. On the day of our departure, our scheduled Grab car to the airport didn’t show up. Without hesitation, the Manager personally offered to drive us to the airport in her own car. That level of care and genuine hospitality is something we will never forget. Everything about our stay was exceptional — from the serene environment to the thoughtful service. We left feeling refreshed, cared for, and already dreaming of our next visit. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with world-class hospitality. This is not the Four Seasons Hotel, but the services will make even (Mr. Isadore Sharp) the Founder and Chairman of The Four Seasons Hotel proud.
