The friendliness of the staff impressed me the most. They would help out with everything needed and even offer to give you a ride to the city. My room which was facing the park was well isolated, you can only hear the birds in the morning, but that's a great way to start your day. The location is not central, but close to the Yuguang island beach and the green tunnel where you can do a boat ride along the mangrove forest.

Probably the nicest Mingsu I have ever stayed at! The owner is incredibly friendly and tries so hard to help you with anything you might need. The facility is brand new, spotlessly clean, rooms are beautiful, pristine without feeling at all sterile. Common kitchen area for all guests with excellent coffee ( espresso maker!) and plenty of snacks. Alley 56 of Kaoshan road lane 122 is quiet, cozy and magical feeling. The host puts a lot of special touches ( stocks your mini fridge with a few cold drinks, has many Tainan maps and can give you suggestions of places to eat. She helped me make a phone call ( My Chinese is not great ) to my next Mingsu to nail down some transportation details. There is a super friendly gym near by on Fucian road you can pay a one time drop in fee for whole day for 5 bucks. Plenty of places to eat surrounding it, but things do close down on early side in that neighborhood. Would not hesitate to stay there again !

Property was in a great location close to many of the temples. Very modern facility and liked the top floor where there is space to relax, get water (hot and cold) fridge and stove. Room was very clean and spacious for our family of 5.

The staff was very friendly and made us feel right at home when we arrived. We could check in early and even got a room upgrade! The room was nice, spacious and clean. The location is great, just around the corner of An Ping Old Street and within walking distance of Fort Zeelandia and the Tree House.
