Whether you’re curling up with a book, meditating in a quiet corner, or just soaking in the vibe, it’s a great place to recharge. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. Just a short trip from the city center, it’s easy to explore the beach or dive into local activities. You get the best of both worlds—tranquility and convenience. We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning our return. Wonderland truly lives up to its name.

Set in Hout Bay, Poseidon Guest House offers accommodation with elevated views of the harbour and bay. This guesthouse has an outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi. The view was awesome! The hosts were great, very friendly and accommodating.

Meggie was so kind and helpful throughout our stay, the guesthouse and our room, Moyo suite, and has all the necessary facilities and gives you that warm african vibe, we appreciate the gifts for our honeymoon a lot, couldn’t love it more! Definitely recommend.

Dreamhouse Guest House is situated in Hout Bay, Cape Town. It offers endless mountain and sea views and features 2 salt-water swimming pools. Llandudno Beach is a 7-minute drive away. Super friendly and helpful hosts and staff. The views were gorgeous and the breakfast was incredible. All in all a beautiful and romantic place to stay in Hout Bay. We also loved the self-serving bar along with the salt water pools!

Our stay at Bluemari's Retreat was an absolute delight from start to finish. It is a luxury retreat in every way... a beautiful house and garden in a quiet and safe location which exudes calm and serenity. All rooms are stylish and well equipped with comfy beds, quality bed linen and top notch bathrooms. The outdoor bath in Flamingo is fabulous. The pool area, dining room, lounge and library are beautiful too and we were made to feel so 'at home'. EVERYTHING is of the highest quality and EVERYWHERE is immaculate. Huge thanks to Jan and Evelyne who are superlative hosts, so charming and so efficient with great knowledge of the area. Serving the most delicious breakfasts including perfect poached eggs and omelettes, helping with recommendations for restaurants and adding many personal touches that made our stay so memorable. From homemade biscuits, a cellar of superb wines and a handy phone charger by the kettle to Christmas gifts and music on Christmas morning and an invitation to a braai on our last night. The best hotels just cannot match the style, charm and serenity of Bluemari's Retreat. If you are planning to stay near Cape Town, you must stay here!

The host and hostess were very friendly and accommodating. They made us feel most welcome! We liked the attention that was given to small but warm and welcoming details like fresh roses, a sea shell on the roll of toilet paper, gorgeous fragrances when you opened the cupboard doors! There are too many to name them all. Any requests were immediately attended to. The large windows ensured that we could enjoy the breathtaking view all day!
