We spent six nights in a beautiful suite with a breathtaking view of the Nile, making for an unforgettable experience. Unfortunately, my sister twisted her ankle during our stay and needed special assistance, including a wheelchair to move around. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, always providing everything we needed with a warm smile and genuine kindness. Their exceptional hospitality truly made a difference. The surrounding area is also fantastic, featuring elegant streets lined with embassies and an array of upscale dining options. From start to finish, this hotel exceeded all our expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and seamless stay. We cannot wait to return!
