Marjana and her family are incredibly warm and welcoming. Our little daughter fell in love with her and spent every possible moment by her side. Marjana is a beautiful and generous Albanian woman who prepares the most amazing breakfasts, using local and seasonal ingredients. The location is perfect — close to the famous Mrizi i Zanave restaurant, Koman Lake, and Shkodër. If you’re seeking the real Albania, far from tourist resorts, this is the place for you. Everything was wonderful. The hosts were lovely and always available for us, the rooms comfortable and as described. The breakfast was huge and excellent. We were right next door to Mrizi and Zanave (best restaurant in Albania?). In fact it was just the best agritourism experience. Thanks for everything

Where can I start? I have no words for the great hospitality and kindness of our hosts at guesthouse Marku. Even though we could not understand each other, we had the warmest welcome and the best stay! We could wash our clothes, which was very much appreciated after a sweaty hike from Valbonë to Theth. The room was brand new and extremely clean. But above all, the breakfast was one in a million! Fresh tomatoes, cucumber, grapes, peaches, red berries, bacon, eggs, honey, bread… and even handmade cheese, yogurt, beignets… To top this off, a nice cappuccino to start our day! We followed the recommendation to visit the local ceramic atelier and had diner at Mrizi i zanave, where we also got tour of the farm. Do not hesitate to book, you will not regret this amazing stay!I
