The staff were kind and helpful. The rooms are well-heated, have all basic amenities, and are comfortable. I had the best sleep in weeks and enjoyed the magical views from both the room and the rooftop. While the castle is on top of a mountain, it is relatively fast to get to Salzburg Old Town on foot, so it doesn't feel far away at all.

The lovely historical house is right under the castle, we loved the location and the historical view of the building. Everything was clean and prepared for us. The check-in was smooth and the owners were very nice and friendly. The bed was comfy and we had everything we needed from fridge, coffemaker to hairdryer. I recommend this stay for its location, cleanliness, comfort and overall satisfaction. Thank you. We shall come again.

All of the staff members I interacted with were extremely kind and thoughtful! I felt well taken care of. They even came up to get me when my food order arrived and I didn't receive the call to pick it up. My room was clean and very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious!
