This is a gorgeous cabin discretely located in the hosts' garden. It's modern, fresh, immaculately presented and comfortable. A deck lets you sit and watch the wildlife, chill with a beer or fire up the barbeque, and the kitchen is well equipped too, including a starter supply of 'consumables' like salt&pepper, cooking oil, coffee etc. Steve and Cat have thought of everything you might want to be comfortable, are really welcoming and more than happy to help out if you need something.

Such a peaceful place. It was very quiet and comfortable. The house itself is well looked after with a beautiful garden. The host was incredibly helpful. We even ended up extending our stay!

Great cabin for a single guy in the area to do some hiking and wildlife photography. I was in and out at all hours and no problem. Kitchen, laundry, nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Being self contained and being able to do a little cooking and being able to wash clothes after being out in the bush was great.

Lovely family who go out of their way to make your stay an enjoyable one. Very clean and quiet. Bed comfy. There is a large closet in the room with hangers and a set of drawers. Plenty of space to store clothes. There is a shared bathroom but not an issue for us. It was always available when we needed. Shower is amazing - whisper quiet and very relaxing with over head and hand held. We didn't use pool area because it was winter and a bit too chilly and rainy but they have set up a table and chairs poolside along with a BBQ that is for guest use. They have a dog but aside from a few brief barks no interaction. They do their best to keep the dog in areas away from guests. Bron, Howie, and Talita are always cheerful and available for help or advice regarding tours, dining, sights etc. We weren't planning on this type of accomodation. Happened by accident but in the end a happy accident. And with the money we saved, we had enough left over in our travel budget to take a tour of the reef.
