To start, i cannot find the words to describe the view from the hotel. It was one of the best views i’ve ever seen in my entire life. The hotel is located up in the mountains but it is accessible by car and they provide Free parking lots. We received the check in information before our stay and everything was smooth. The staff are really friendly and professional. All facilities are clean. Although there is no fridge in the room, each floor has a common one where u can put your food and label it. You have also an ironing table to use in the lobby. The last day was sunny so we enjoyed our breakfast outdoors. You can enjoy the walk around the hotel. I loved waking up hearing the bells on the cows. I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely come back. Thank you.

Owners of the property were lovely! Showed us around the property and had some complimentary drinks/snacks at the apartment. Good sized bathroom, small apartment room but had everything we needed and enough space for us! Great location with amazing views too!

Everything about the property is WOW! The owner is the sweetest, she made us feel like home in her house! The room is huge (like really big for other swiss room standard) It has a coffee machine, paid sauna, fridge and a microwave. The spiez castle is 10 mins by walk and the train station is 6 mins far. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Spiez

Literally next to Interlaken West Station. We arrived after 1am due to delayed flight but were still able to access our room easily by checking in online. Miraculously there was a bar/restaurant directly opposite that served delicious burgers till 3am! We thought we were going to bed hungry. Excellent highly recommend goid value for money.

The location was close to down town. The employees were nice.

The Eiger Guesthouse blew us away. This was our first time in Switzerland and it could not have been any better. The room was incredible, the view was breathtaking and the entire staff couldn’t have taken better care of us. We are planning to return during ski season and will definitely be staying there again.

Hosts were very polite and helpful. We had issues with our booking at another hotel, so this booking was done by BOOKING.COM. The hosts Tobias was kind enough to accommodate at the last minute. He prepared the apartment and was ready in an hour. Since we arrived late, Tobias has even provided groceries for late quick meals. The apartment was clean , nice and had all the amenities. The view from bedroom was snow clad mountains.
