Really friendly welcome from Lucy at the reception desk, with lots of helpful local information and advice. Room was very spacious and clean, and great view from up in the tower. Includes a free ticket to use the swimming pool and facilities next door which was also really good. Recommended!

This was a great stay ; staff were very friendly and helpful and couldn't fault the place or the staff really. It did appear at first glance a trifle odd set up ; we did think the jacuzzi in the room odd and having to ask for the gate to opened every time we wanted to leave a but odd ...... but we soon found the staff really were available 24/ to let us in or out and the drtop of a hat and the breakfast was delivered to our rooms bang on the dot at the times we'd requested.
