Karima guest house has been amazing. We have found in this place everything we were looking for. It is a super clean place, well decorated and the best is the people. The team that works here is super super nice. Once you arrive, they take care of you as it was your family. The generosity of this people is amazing. May God protect this place because you really feel home. I will come back for sure! If you are looking for a well located, calm and super clean place you must book a room in this amazing gem. I highly recommend staying at Abeer guest house. The staff were wonderful and friendly. The accommodation had a lovely laid-back vibe where you could sit on the roof after a long day of sightseeing with drinks. The dinner is not to be missed. We had dinner both nights we stayed, and they were some of the nicest (if not the nicest!) meals from our Egypt trip. Unfortunately I left too early for the breakfast on both days, but I was kindly provided with a breakfast box

Had a perfect stay here. Welcoming staff. The staff does their atmost best to make sure you’re stay in Luxor is unforgettable. Rooms are great value for price. Food is great. Well located closeby the Nile, easy to cross with boot, so from hotel to Luxor temple is about 5 min. Great restaurants nearby aswell. Would definitely come back here.

Absolutely charming guesthouse run by Tayeb and his family, who were extremely hospitable and welcoming – they were kind enough to let us check in early after our overnight train from Cairo and to keep one room for a few extra hours on our last day. The breakfast is incredible – we couldn't believe how much food there was, and it just kept coming! The aubergines with tahini were a particular highlight, and we all loved the halawa spread; we also had dinner one night, which was one of our favourite meals of the whole trip. For our second night, Tayeb recommended an amazing local restaurant, which was our other favourite meal! He also arranged a taxi to bring us back. Nothing was too much trouble, and we felt totally relaxed and at home. Would recommend without reservation to anyone wanting to experience Egyptian hospitality and to support a local family. Oh, and we loved being able to watch the hot air balloons over the Valley of the Kings in the morning! Great viewpoint from the terrace.

I had the pleasure of staying at Golden Rose Guesthouse, and I highly recommend it! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality. The room was clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. Most importantly, the guesthouse offers a one-day tour at a very reasonable price. This price includes one night’s accommodation and private transportation to four main attractions located in Luxor's West Bank. It really saved me the time of looking for transportation. It’s the best option for budget travelers! One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast served each morning, featuring a variety of fresh and locally sourced options. It was the perfect start to my day! The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, offering helpful recommendations and always greeting me with a smile.
