We absolutely loved our stay, and just wished we could have stayed longer. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Set in the small village of Rutali, you are treated to peace and quiet as well as beautiful vistas of the Corsican mountains. The gardens are amazing with the smell of lavender in the air and the chime of the local church. The room we had was perfect for our needs. We went to a supermarket (15min drive) and cooked most evenings in the fully equipped kitchen but you can get breakfast and dinner each day for a fee which is delicious (try the shepherd’s platter). Claude is a lovely host. He showed us around and gave great recommendations of what to see in the local area. We liked that he was happy to chat or leave you to chill out depending on what you wanted. It’s helpful to brush up on your french phrases as not everyone speaks English. There is also a cute, friendly white cat that makes it’s home there. We will miss staying here. Thank you for a truly wonderful place for our honeymoon.

The room was nice and cozy. It had a private entrance separated from the rest of the house which was good. Large enough too Conveniently located near Bastia but not too close. Quiet area, not a noise to be heard after a certain hour in the evening. Lea was super nice

The small studio is well equipped including a Nespresso machine. The view of the private terrace is stupendous. The breakfast was fantastic with local and homemade foods. Patrizia gave us a very warm welcome. She showed us were to go and what possibilties there were in town. Best to arrive shortly after check in due to limited parking in the street. A 20 walk into town however at night taxis are available. I would definitely recommend Villa Patrizia. Thank you for a wonderful stay Patrizia.
