The room just screamed of luxury, it was amazing, it smelt great & interior design was brilliant. I got a free upgrade to the sea side corner room which couldn't have been better. The bathroom was greatly sized.

The place is located in a green and quiet area and offers fresh and idyllic views. From there, it's quick and easy to get to the city centre, also usung the public transport as there is a bus stop just a minute away. I booked this Hotel as part of my Solo Hiking trip around the South of England. It has this Brighton Character Artístic Vibe which I am not into it, but all the people love (and I get why). The room I booked was lovely, "naughty" (in a good way), with fantastic quality in the Amenities. For example, the quality of the Towels was really good. Shower was really good too. Honestly, the best WiFi connection in any Hotel I have been in England. The owners are really nice and they even contact you if they are not able to welcome you at the Check-In. All very comfy. I would def come back if I was with my partner. As a solo traveller I felt it was too much for me lol (in a good way)

Justin was so friendly & hospitable, and made me feel thoroughly welcome! Both the room and the bathroom were spotless and really well-equipped, with plenty of towel, tea/coffee facilities, power sockets right by the bed, hairdryer, and clothes storage. Fantastic to have parking on-site for no extra charge, and really appreciated Justin's flexibility with check-in/check-out times. A pleasant 25 minute walk into the centre of Brighton, and regular buses into town from the end of the road.

    Lovely host who also recommended us a place to book for parking who was also really lovely and only 5 mins from the accomodation. The location was great and the room had everything you needed including lovely fluffy towels.
