Comfortable, warm and welcoming unit opposite the small boat harbour. On street parking right outside, and a really friendly bar a 2 minute walk away. Scampi at the local fish and chip shop is delicious, with plenty of gluten free options. Owners super responsive. Were very sad to leave.

An unexpected jewel. Incredible value for money. Clean, comfortable, friendly, very well appointed. Extras of cereals, water , coffee, tea, etc in the kitchen area. Parking. Incredible Indian dinner at the Jewel in the crown, opposite.

The Beeches hotel is a small family managed hotel with a nice personal touch. It is a welcome break from the anonymous large hotel chains where you are just a number. The rooms are very comfortable. I had a pretty large room with windows towards the great Western Road (you could hear the traffic but it certainly wasn't too noisy). It included a nice small tea making facility (which was not strictly necessary as the common room downstairs was accessible at any hour and included provider variation of teas and an excellent espresso machine). John gave me a very warm welcome and was extremely helpful during my stay. I certainly wish I had reason to stay longer :)

William is an excellent host, he cooked breakfast every morning and explained about the parking regulations on Aberdeen FC match days really well. When I come back to aberdeen I will be staying here again.
