The highlight of our stay was definitely the amazing staff! As soon as we arrived we were welcomed with big smiles and were offered a better room than the one we initially booked. And all along our stay, they offered us tea, coffee and food ! They were always available whenever we needed something. Amazing hospitality overall. Besides that, the hotel is well located, not too far from the ski station, has a small parking spot a couple dozen meters in front and the rooms were clean and had good views. They also offer ski rental and other winter activities that we regret not taking advantage of. 10/10 highly recommend. We would've stayed more if possible.

The name says it is a hotel, but you actually feel like home with your family. Our Host Lado is absolutely amazing, he’s got some kind of superpower, with it he can organise everything you want in Gudauri area in couple minutes. Hostess and her kitchen are mindblowing, lots of georgian flavours, her kindness, and heart putting into what her do makes this place 100% complete. Rooms are comfy, and very clean. Living room area with fire place and stunning views makes you feel like in fairy tale. After a whole day on the slopes, you can count on a warm sauna to relax!

The staff was very nice and extremely helpful! The location is great, the nearest slope is just 2-3 min away. The room was nice and cozy with a breathtaking view.

Our stay in this apartment left only the very best impressions! The interior is very cozy and stylish, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere. We especially loved the contrast between the chilly weather outside and the cozy, warm room inside — it added even more comfort and enjoyment. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. It’s a pity that time passed so quickly here; we wished we could have stayed longer. Definitely worth every penny! We sincerely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful and peaceful spot to relax. We have no doubt that we’ll want to come back again!

such a beautiful cottage. very nice view. everything in this cottage is new and super clean. The Bed is very comfortable and bed linen is very fresh. the shower works perfectly and also very clean. hostess is also very friendly person. it's really worth staying for the budget. we allowed it. we will be happy to stay here again and enjoy this most beautiful view

The cottage is made by the hosts themselves and they did an amazing job. Every detail is excellent. They greeted us like dearest friends and made our stay immensely pleasant.
