Staying at Pondok Salacca feels like being part of the family. To access the room, you need to go through a small courtyard where the hosts live and it is great to chat with them. They are all adorable. The meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) are served in your room as soon as you ask for them and they are delicious. We also rented a scooter from them, and it was the best scooter we've had during our two weeks stay. I strongly recommand Pondok Salacca if you are looking for a calm and unique place to stay, far from the noise and the tourists.

This are a really special place ! Start with the sweet staff , garden/pool, confort of the room and good food. I spend 3 days with my baby seak on this villa and dont miss nothing to her, properly food made by the kitchen for her, the kindness , the ambient . I feel in home here and embrace. Love the pool and staff. You have to go 😉

Enough ATMs on street, cashless payment using bank card also possible. Great breakfast with delicious meals (about 10 meals in menu) and tasty fresh mixed fruits. Air conditioning and fridge in the room. Very kind personal. Swimming pool, big coconut palm trees and a lot of green in the garden.

Very cozy and family owned place right outside of Padangbai but only a 10 minute walk/2 minute scooter ride from the city centre. Our host was very accommodating and helped us out with everything we needed such as ferry to Gili - new towels - laundry - earlier breakfast - information about the town etc. Good breakfast and a very spacious and clean room!
