Great accommodation if you want to see the nearby Ijen volcano, it is in the direction of the trip. The value for money you pay for the accommodation is incredible. The host is friendly and organizes transport to the accommodation or a trip to Ijen, and offers coffee/tea and banana fritters before departure, even if it is late at night. The host, Indrawati, was very friendly and helpful. She organised for me a group tour of Injen and helped me arrange for ongoing transport. The homestay is in a good location and was clean. Coffee tea and bananas were always available.

Nio homestay is a great place to stay if you want something authentic and away from the crowd. You stay in a village, everyone is happy to see you and nice with you. The little shop in front of the homestay is great and they are nice. The room is clean, comfy, quiet and there is also a gas cooker if you want to cook something/boil water (shower is cold for info) The host are lovely and you feel good talking with them. They provided us a driver to go to Ijen and it was perfect !
