It was really really cozy and comfortable. The room has a second floor with a balcony to enjoy the beautiful view of the mountain. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. If you want dinner Catherine will prepare some incredible local food. She should open a Warung ;) I felt like I was part of the family and really being taken care of. If you like to be close to the local culture and the nature, go for it (just be aware of the 4:30am prayer that can be quite loud. I managed just fine though).

The accommodation is tastefully decorated and well finished. All the furnishings and fittings are high quality. There was attention to detail in its construction. The apartment is cosy and feels like you could be anywhere in the world. The grounds are well kept, and the location is peaceful. The staff were helpful and professional.

Finding this accommodation made me visit Lombok and see the beautiful view with my own eyes. Waking up to this breathtaking volcano view is an experience everyone traveling to Lombok should have. However, the magical natural scenery is not the only amazing thing about this place. Everyone I met thanks to Laa Cabana was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and kind. They treated me not as a guest but as a family member and therefore saying goodbye to this special place was very tough. I hope I'll revisit Laa Cabana soon!❤️

This was by far the best experience we’ve ever had—not just in a homestay but in any hotel we’ve stayed at. You’ll be welcomed by an amazing family who make you feel like you’re truly part of their own. Each day, you’ll have the opportunity to join them on unique excursions like visiting cultural villages, learning to make coconut oil from scratch with the whole family, or exploring the rice fields with their cousin. The stay also includes a delicious homemade breakfast and lunch, and if you’d like dinner, you can enjoy it at their cozy little restaurant on-site. We had an unforgettable time and already can’t wait to come back. This family has made us feel like one of their own, and we’re so grateful for their warmth and generosity. We had a pleasant stay. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The location offered beautiful scenery, making it a great value for the cost. A good option for those looking for an affordable yet scenic getaway. The food, which you can order from a menu (including lunch and dinner), was also delicious.

Really beautiful place with the most amazing view over the rice fields. The staff was beyond. They were all so nice and accommodating, offered us a free welcome drink (even our friend that didn’t stay there), coffee/tea throughout our stay, recommendations for places to see and even took me to get my flat tire fixed for free! Haha They even made me vegan pancakes for breakfast. It’s also at a very good location next to other rice fields, monkey forest and a few waterfalls. There’s also a few warungs nearby, one of them (monkey forest warung) owned by the Serenity owners. We really loved it here. Thank you

Avocado Homestay is a little gem. It’s still pretty new. The outside area is really nice. Beds are comfy. It has huge potential to be a very special place! Went for a sunset walk with the staff around the village and fields. +the avocados taste yummy. For dinner we went to his uncles place. So support this new homestay and create something beautiful
