Quiet location with only very faint noise from motorway. Very close to key places of interest and Drogheda. Only ~30 minutes from Dublin airport. Spacious room. Own bathroom opposite (not en-suite) in very secure private house.

Only problem we had was we went to the smoking area upstairs and there is no sign to warn u to put ur head down I got such a bad bang it cut my head but the place was Amazingl

Lovely quiet location. Beautiful old building, very nicely decorated and furnished. The beds were extremely comfortable. We loved being able to just go downstairs and out onto the patio for our evening meal at the La-La restaurant. Lucky for us they were holding a Spanish themed eve. The food was excellent, as was the service. After a long day’s drive Bedford House and the La-La were just the ticket!

That the Hotel was small but it was well equipped with Everything my Brother needed. He was very happy there. It was very good value. At first, my Brother was dissapointed because he thought that himself &myself and my Sister were all staying together in the Old Post Office but myself and my Sister had a Room in the Hotel across the road. Room was sparkling clean and every towel and the sheets smelled fresh and nice. The surrounding is in a quiet safe neighbourhood where we felt welcome and slept very very well. We were a late arrival, but the host went out of his way to help us find a place to eat despite us being late and even guided us to get there. In the morning, we got a tasty continental breakfast provided by the host, he took extra care to cut up a lovely fruit bowl for us and served still warm pastry. A truly wonderful host, very friendly and helpful, amiable, and with much interest in the well-being of his guests. We had a lovely chat with him and enjoyed our stay though it was only one night.
