We loved our two days with Sahil and his team. Incredibly helpful not only to us, we saw the same kindness extended to other guests. The room was perfect, the food delicious and all freshly cooked to order. The location is ideal as easy to walk wherever you want to go but in a quiet location. The roof top makes for a nice break at the end of the day and a pleasant place for dinner and to meet and chat with other visitors. Thoroughly recommend. Don't let this gem pass you by. Very special place to stay in India. It's a beautiful family home, immaculately clean with a really welcoming and helpful family on hand to make everything run smoothly. Great breakfast each morning. There are several good places to get lunch and dinner adjacent to the guesthouse. It's in a quiet part of the city, so very little if any street noise penetrates the bedrooms, but it is still conveniently close to the major attractions.

"Clean and comfy hotel in city centre We had a wonderful stay in charming Hotel Arthur. Gently refurbished, preserving the old art deco details and yet with a fresh and up-to-date feel.
