Mr Rajkumar is an excellent host, very helpful, with excellent communications. He took extra pains to make sure the stay was comfortable. It helps that he is great person to have a chat with, cant wait to hear stories of his adventures from all over the world. The flat is very close to Mavoor Road, in central Calicut.

Genuine staff - very helpful with slightly tricky access on first arrival. ( Easy once done first time. ) Few steps up to room but that was fully explained before we even arrived. Great clean room & shower room with huge fab. roof terrace to wash/hang cloths.. Also relax in the sun morn, day or evening not overlooked.

This is the best stay I have had from booking.com in India. It was exactly as promised. Clean.. Comfortable. They even sent a video to show the taxi driver as it is a bit hard to find. I wish I didn't have to leave. They let me check out late and even gave me a complementary, delicious breakfast.

Lovely place to stay in Calicut - super hosts went out of their way to make my short stay as comfortable, as easy and pleasant - and tasty - as possible. Thank you sincerely once more to both. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay - around 20 mins by tuk tuk (150 Rupees) from the noise and bustle of the town centre. I'll certainly be back if possible.

Wonderful view from the room towards beach. Staff are friendly and welcoming . Restaurant food was tasty even if it takes some time for preparation. A great place for couples to have a private stay.
