The WiFi was as good as the best anywhere in India - absolutely brilliant and so useful for me. The food was very good and the location is superb barely 400 metres from the Ticket Office to the Bird Sanctuary. The staff help to contact guides and transport to get to hides and other areas for Birding and generally Basil will help with anything you need. Absolutely brilliant place to stay for Birders.

We absolutely loved staying here! The views are incredible across the mountains. Great location for exploring Munnar. The staff were so helpful and booked in a jeep safari and hiking tour for us across the tea plantations. The food was amazing - breakfast and dinner were so good. It was an exceptional stay. Beautiful scenery. Incredible friendly host preparing breakfast (and if you need yummy traditional dinner). They also do organise transport if needed through small taxi companies with good and knowledgeable drivers. It was the best accomodation on our whole trip (Kerala and Tamil Nadu).
