1. Perfect Location with sea view and access to private beach. 2. The staff is very co-operative and helpful. 3. The restaurants are at the distance of 15 to 20 minutes but are worth it. 4. To visit the beach I would say that go in the morning as there won't be any rush or crowd at that time before 10. 5. The main thing I liked about this property was they didn't ask for any advance payment before we reach there. 6. They also arranged vehicle for us if you need any you can ask them for so.(charges applicable separately)

This is the best Homestay we stayed in Kerala. The family is very welcoming and they are all very keen in helping you out. We had nice conversations with them in the evenings. It really felt like home. The room was very clean and big enough for 2 ppl. You can find some restaurants at walking distances. Also the temple is at about 20 min walking.
