Property itsefl is very beautiful, very close to the beach. Rooms are nice and well equipped. There is very nice kitchen equipped in everything is needed (with washing machine) and living room. On the second floor you will find an amazing terrace with big table and hammocks. Breakfast is served everyday on the terrace, which are by the way delicious. Best thing of staying here is the greates host I ve ever met. Saajev is very kind, helpful and funny guy who can help you with anything you need, he can arrange the scooters and show you the neighbourhood. honestly we spent 4 nights here and had the best in India. I do really recommend to stay here, we will come back for sure.

I loved everything about Nirvaan Homestay. The location near the Helipad is extremely convenient- youre very quickly on the beach or the main street. My room was lovely with a bright balcony. Great shower, very clean. The owners are kind and helpful and the homecooked breakfast was wonderful😍 There is also a fruit stand nearby where I bought mangos, pineapples and bananas daily and was allowed to cit them in the homestays kitchen. Loved my stay at Nirvaan!

Wonderful guesthouse near the cliff in Varkala - only 5 minutes away from the cliff but nevertheless it is a very quiet place. The rooms are spacious and super clean, they beds are cosy, the bathrooms are spacious too and well-equipped and every room has a kettle, tea and coffee sachets and 2 bottles of filtered water. Every room also has a nice terrace or balcony facing the lovely garden of the property. There is a laundry service and the host is a super nice woman, who helps with everything you need or could wish for. I had an absolute wonderful time there and can't wait to be back! Thank you Mango Villa!

I've stayed 5 nights in Bellacasa Resort, it made my vacation. This is resort is perfect for relaxation and workation. The staffs are very friendly and always ready to help. I've stuck with my car nearby varkala, they've arranged me pickup and mechanics too. This resort is constructed in a heritage style, fully wooden made resort. I preffer 180° Aqua Vista Heritage Prime, view from the room is incredible. I've stayed many Resorts in varkala. But the view from Bellacasa beach resort hits different. And we can swim in the sea in front of this resort. I hightly recommend this resort for couples and families. I loved thier South indian breakfast also. And the swimming pool is also well maintained and clear water, I'm scared of hygiene but they've cleaned in front of me and proper filtration also there. I'm very thankful to the manager and all other staffs of this property. Thankyou for making my day wonderful

We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at this resort and can wholeheartedly recommend it. The rooms are very well equipped, clean, comfortable, and exceptionally quiet, allowing us to truly rest and recharge. The overall atmosphere is peaceful and very well maintained. The location is excellent — very close to the beach and also near a lively avenue full of shops, where you can find everything you might need. Having both a shop and a restaurant on-site is a great convenience, as everything is easily within reach. The service deserves special recognition. The staff is extremely kind, attentive, and always nearby, ready to help with almost any request. Their hospitality is outstanding — warm, caring, and highly professional. We truly felt looked after throughout our stay. Special thanks to Sruthi and Manu for their kindness, dedication, and excellent service. We would also like to express our appreciation to the manager, Sajeesh, whose professionalism and leadership were clearly reflected in the high quality of service.

The Homestay is in a quiet area, near the Cliff. The room is clean and spacious. The staff is welcoming and kind. Roshan is a great host, always available to help you. Nearby is the other Homestay S4, where they provide food and have a beautiful relaxing area at the roof...with ping pong, yogamats etc, where you can freely use it
