We are very satisfied. Paloma is very kind, communication with her is very simple and she agreed to let us enter the apartment two hours earlier. We recommend staying at Carpe Diem. Very nice, communicative, helpful hostess. Clean and spacious interiors. Large bedroom, private bathroom, equipped kitchen with coffee maker. We felt comfortable. A good idea that each room has its own cupboard with dishes in the kitchen. The accommodation is close to the train station and bus stops. It is easy to get to the center of Ancona. We went to Numana and Sirolo for trekking. Thanks to the hostess's tips, we got everywhere we needed without a problem. There is a place to go for breakfast, lunch, etc. nearby. There are markets. Everything you need.

The location near the train station was great for me, you can get to the historic centre really easy by bus. The place is super clean, the communication with the host went well, she responded so quick and came to help me out when needed. Had a really comfortable stay here and recommend for sure!
