Very nice modern apartment with two balconies is located in a completely renovated building which is equipped with an elevator. The owner is very friendly and sociable, answers all questions. It was very nice that he prepared a treat for us in the apartment - local cakes.

A bright, clean, and spacious apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. I appreciate the two bathrooms with two toilets. The bedrooms face the courtyard and are not affected by street noise. Easy access to the building with a code, and the building has an elevator, which makes it easy to move around with a stroller and luggage.

Beautifully renovated property. Clean and looks brand new, well decorated and bed were really comfortable. The host replied to all my messages instantly and was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and left well rested. Plenty of Parking is available on the street outside of the property.

Staying at 12 Passi del Mare, in Santo Spirito (Bari), was a truly wonderful experience. The location is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood close to the sea, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the region. The place is cozy, well cared for, and immediately makes you feel comfortable. The window in our room offered a charming view of the Adriatic Sea, which made the stay even more special. A heartfelt thank you to our host Francesco, whose kindness and attention were simply incredible, making us feel truly at home. Every day he thoughtfully left fresh croissants in the morning and focaccias in the afternoon, a special gesture that made all the difference. Without a doubt, this is an accommodation I highly recommend to anyone wishing to enjoy Bari with genuine hospitality

We were very happy with our 2-day stay at this room and bathroom. It is strategically well located in the proximity of the Bari airport (not too close to be molested by starting airplanes, approximately 6 min driving time) in the charming south Italian suburb of Bari-Palese. Everything was perfectly prepared & very tidy. For our needs the common kitchen (shared by 2 rooms) was perfectly arranged & well equipped. The hostess & her relatives helped us immediately in the beginning to explain the apartment and the shared kitchen. Perfect & very helpful communication with our hosts during the stay. Absolutely lovely !!!
