- The location is not far from Shinjuku - The manager lady is very nice - The room is perfect, there are some free water bottles in the fridge & some little snacks - The common spaces are spacious & clean, very comfy - We can have breakfast for free with a lot of choice - A washing machine ... And so on, it's perfect !

This was my favourite place to stay during my time in Japan. The owners are super friendly, the room was very comfy and the neighbourhood was amazing to explore as it is more of a residential and not a very touristy area. I loved every bit of my stay and found it to be very relaxing. It's great to rest here after exploring Tokyo for the entire day.

Apartment very clean , good wifi , nice view from the balcony . Never met the host but we kept in touch by messeges and it was very clear and fast their answer .
