This was a special stay for us. The staff went above and beyond for us and were constantly so warm, friendly, generous and lovely. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer and spent more time in the accommodation and with the staff. The facilities and space were extremely lovely, beautiful and very clean. Cannot recommend this place enough and we would 100% come back if we were ever in Kandy! Thank you for everything!

We booked quite last minute and arrived in the evening, we were picked up and welcomed with a traditional Sri Lankan meal cooked by the amazing nana Nandi. The rooms are clean and the surroundings beautiful and quiet (apart from the beautiful nature sounds). Sudesh the owner is super helpful and tries to accommodate you in every need (from a Kandy tour, tuktuk service, or help by choosing a taxi driver, to a nice chat with a beer). The family has a lovingly warmth which makes you feel welcomed and at ease. We stayed here with our kids, but I would also recommend it to couples without. The fact that there are (almost) daily cooking classes makes it easy to meet people. To summarize: a recommendation from my heart! We will meet again <3

A little oasis hidden in a great location in Kandy. Lovely room next to the pool. Welcoming and helpful host who arranged for us a transfer to Ella last minute and tuk tuk trips within Kandy as we needed them. Tasty breakfast to top it all! What a great address, warmly recommend <3

It was a great stay where the rooms were very cozy and the host was very polite and welcoming. The homestay looks amazing and the rooms had fans in them that can help you get a goodnight sleep. Breakfast and Dinner is available at an additional nominal charge which is homemade fresh and healthy. Overall, a great and recommended stay in Kandy. Looking forward to booking it again next time.

I had a wonderful stay here! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming – he even came to pick me up from the train station when I arrived and when I leaved which was such a thoughtful gesture. The breakfasts were very delicious, with very good fruitsalad (on the beautiful balcony), and he truly took great care of me during my time here. He also gave me very helpful tips for traveling around Sri Lanka, which made my trip even better. If you're looking for a warm, authentic, and peaceful place to stay, I highly recommend this place. You'll feel right at home!

It was a great experience to arrive there. Upon arrival, we were immediately welcomed with tea and cookies, which made the start of the day very pleasant. It was a really beautiful setting there, definitely a recommendation! It was a shame we couldn't stay longer because we really enjoyed the atmosphere. The room was small, but perfect for us. The bed was fantastic and very comfortable, which made sure we could rest well. Overall, a great experience!

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. The owner has worked in the guest service world for many years and I was pleased with the attention to detail during my stay. The breakfast each morning was a little different so as not to have the same menu. The location at the top of the mountain offers a great view and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing and peaceful stay. It was a stay that I can honestly say I would like to see people here again when I visit Sri Lanka next time. I wish all the people working here be happy!
