Very large room with kitchenette and bathroom, huge flat screen smart TV and A/C. The entire floor has a series of similar flats opening to terrace and landing with microwave, ironing board and laundry lines. Very convenient location near Maharagama centre near the Colombo-Batticaloa highway and at a few minutes from Kotte and Polwatta. The host is fully proficient in accommodating all nationalities and provides a plethora of amenities for either cooking, cleaning, or refreshments. He also was assisting to further my trip in the most budget friendly and efficient manner. All of it for an unbeatable value for money rate.

Such a great place! Madu, the host, is an extremely friendly lady who made me feel like home. Her care and service is beyond amazing. Make sure to try her Dahl as this was one of the best I had in 2 months traveling through SL. The room was clean and comfortable. If I come back to Colombo one day I would stay here again

Beautiful design, very helpful employees with smile on their face all the time. Good location that is close to city and has silence. Amazing room. We had to chance to meet with the owner Mr. TG who designed the hotel and he helped us for nice locations to visit. I will definetely stat here when i come back to Colombo🤙

Staying at this hotel was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. it truly felt like home, thanks to their warm and genuine hospitality. I have traveled many times and stayed in numerous hotels, but none have matched the comfort and care I found here. A heartfelt thanks to the owner, Mr. Shane, the manager, Sisira, and the entire staff, who went above and beyond to take care of me, especially when I was unwell. Their kindness and attentiveness made all the difference. The food is absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared with so much attention to detail. The rooms are spotlessly clean, neat, and designed to provide maximum comfort. The environment is stunning, especially with the serene riverside view that adds so much charm and peace to the stay. What impressed me further was the reasonable pricing, which is more than justified for the exceptional service and experience they provide. For me, this place has become more than just a hotel—it’s my second home. Whenever I return to Sri Lanka, I won’t be looking for another place to stay, because I’ve already found the perfect one. 💖

The hosts were amazing, friendly, and welcoming people. They made us feel at home. The house is beautiful and clean. It is perfect for a single couple or a family visit! It is located outside the busy suburbs of Colombo and is perfect for someone who doesn't want to stay in a busy area. There are nice restaurants around.

Our stay in Sri Lanka was absolutely delightful, largely thanks to these apartments. The host is incredibly welcoming, kind and genuinely a pleasure to talk to. The room itself is very spacious and spotless, with a comfortable shower. There is an iron, a hairdryer, a kettle, and toiletries provided. It was so cozy, comfortable and pleasant that if we return to Sri Lanka, we will definitely stay in Colombo in these apartments again. Highly recommended We should also mention that my husband and I were not the most careful guests — we accidentally broke a glass and stained a towel. However, the host did not charge us for it and generously forgave the incident. We truly appreciated his kindness.

Convenient to the center of Maharagama. Tuktuks and buses are also easy to use. The air conditioner is working so it's comfortable even on hot nights. The owner and staff are very friendly. On the first day, we were able to pick you up at the airport. Paid. Very reassuring.
