The design and the interior of the hotel are magnificent. You find a very aesthetic environment and you can relax at the wonderful pool with a view into the surrounding landscape. A beautiful house to end our stay in Morocco. Chrystele, Bruno and Abdul were the perfect hosts, and served up an amazing breakfast every morning. We were extremely well looked after, but it also felt like we were with friends. We had dinner every night which was always faultless and got to eat with a different group of people each night who were staying in their motorhomes. A cosy fire was the perfect end to the evening.

Arrived here from Marrakesh... the long-way... with some 5 hours in the saddle. Bit of a bugger to find from the road using Google Maps initially... but easy when you know how... and look for the signs! However the hospitality was overwhelming with a "bikers beverage of choice" and a quick brief of the Riad and room facilities... Jamal and Kati made me feel very welcome indeed. Great accommodation and very secure parking for many bikes. The room was excellent with great en-suite facilities. The shower was hot and powerful... great for my aches and pains! The bed was big and comfortable. Although they didn't offer dinner the french restaurant they recommended was tres magnifique... and only 400m from the accommodation. The sunset "beverage" on the terrace was idyllic... no noise... just birdsong! I slept like the dead and woke to a magnificent breakfast on the patio overlooking the pool... I did not want to leave! Again I would stay here every time I come to the west coast of Morocco... and despite not being in Essaouira... its in Ghazoua... about 8km outside... its worth it for the peace and tranquility... and that restaurant up the road! I really didn't want to leave... but Casablanca was calling! But to any travellers... especially bikers... for me, it doesn't get any better than this for a weary traveller to rest! to Jamal and Kati... Thank you... Shkran... Tanmirt... Merçi... Je suis Mouchè... ton ami!

The riad was amazing, with lots of art pieces, colourful, great energy, with adorable pets, amazing breakfast, delicious fish tagine, deserts and a great wine. Maryam and Jalil are marvellous hosts. They were always there for any of our requests, how to get to beach, transport to/from Marrakesh, transport to/from Medina, printing our boarding passes, restaurant recommendations, they really went above and beyond our expectations. The pool was always clean and warm, mainly to those windy days, it was very comfortable and great to chill in a warm pool, after a long day at the Medina. We strongly recommend staying with the Tamayourt.
