We were especially lucky to celebrate the Nepali new year together! We wore Nepali dresses and suits, made momo’s together and danced to celebrate. The Familie is super friendly and caring! I got sick through my days there and they were really looking after me. The sunset was a dream even though it was quite cloudy the time we spent there. The view and quiet surrounding are very nice, especially when you need some time off from Kathmandu city.

I love the egg fried rice. very nice boss and the family. The girl speaks excellent English and is studying in college. I see her textbook is in English. The view is so widely opened from the lodge. we all love the stay. and the bed sheet is very comfortable.

Nice and comfortable accomodation, quiet and pieceful. Shila and Ashok are wonderful hosts in Panauti and will help with everything you need. Shila is a great chef and so we could eat together super delicious traditional meals. Ashok is working as a guide too and it was very interesting and helpful to talk to him about our trekking programs. 24h hot shower guaranteed and perfect stay for few days just to relax and maybe do some day hiking. They gave us a variety of experiences according to our wishes. They let me cook meals with them, and I was able to learn how to make homemade Nepali food and the Newari culture. The food I ate here for dinner, breakfast and lunch was the most delicious during my trip to Nepal. The fun conversations I had with my host family are also unforgettable memories. Staying here really gives you a taste of what life is like in Bhaktapur. Navin is the best host I’ve ever had, he showed me round the city, took us to cafes and bars, and even took me to a family celebration. Joining him on a morning temple walk was an amazing experience. He puts a lot of energy into giving his guests the best experience and is very passionate about what he does. The room was also very comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better.

A fantastic place in peaceful surroundings. So happy I stayed here instead of nagarkot center. Super easy to get around this area with local busses. The family that runs the place are very nice and easy to deal with. Fantastic view over Kathmandu valley from their restaurant.
