Everything was amazing! the staff, the location, the service in general, the breakfast, the attention to every detail. Very nice rooms in Lanna style, well-kept, equipped with practically everything in the room! Very quiet location and about a 15 minute walk from the centre! I was lucky enough to meet the owners,wife and husband, very helpful people.. we will be back very soon.

I spent a week at Milin Guesthouse, the rooms are very nicely designed and very comfortable. location is in a Thai neighbourhood on the edge of town with everything you need nearby…I loved the experience of living amongst local people. The best part about staying here is the host. Alex is a very interesting guy with whom you could talk about anything in the world with. He also has his beautiful family living at the guesthouse who went out their way to make me feel welcome. The rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard and Alex took care of my motorbike rental and laundry. On my last day as my flight wasn’t until the evening Alex let me keep the room to chill out in past check out time as it was so hot outside this time of year, I was also treated to dinner with the family and a couple of beers before I headed to the airport. This without a doubt has been my best experience of accommodation in Thailand, and I’ve been coming for years.

The house is beautiful in a nice garden with an interesting history. It has been recently renovated so all of the beds, bedding, towels is new and of high quality - very comfy bed. The location is good to walk into town and also near some interesting temples. The owner is very nice, knowledgeable about the history of the house and was helpful to organise bike rental. The breakfast was also delicious, varied and large portion.

Such lovely people, so friendly and helpful kind and caring, nothing was a problem and all of this was mainly down to Koyy a family member who is a credit to the family.
