I loved that there were only a few bungalows in a quiet location, reception also is a little cafe! The room was spotless and we found the beds really comfortable! Bonus was that the staff were really friendly and left us fresh towels and water everyday and offered to clean the room daily too! It really added to our stay in Koh Mook and the A/C worked brilliantly!

We had a really great stay at Mumzai House! We were warmly welcomed and the owner was incredibly kind and always helpful. On our last day, she even drove us to the ferry. At first, we weren’t sure where exactly we had to go, so she brought us to the pier — it turned out our meeting point was actually at a nearby restaurant. She didn’t hesitate and offered to drive us there too, and she didn’t even want any money for the ride. That really surprised us in the best way! The apartment itself was very clean, had great air conditioning, a working TV, water kettle, and a small fridge. The location was perfect — everything was easy to reach, and the minimart just downstairs was super useful whenever we wanted a cold drink or snacks. All in all, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back again!

We spent 5 nights in this temple of peace. Rooms face the sea with almost private balconies. The host Nikki is the most wonderful person and will make everything to make your stay as confortable as possible. The double room might be a bit small if you have big suitcases and the shower pressure was a bit low. But those are really small details comparing to the pleasure to stay there. Value for money is very high. If you like cats and animals in general, this is your paradise.

A 5-minute walk from Charlie Beach, one of the nicest beach in Ko Mook, Nature Hill offers a good spot of nature and relaxing atmosphere. It is surrounded by the lush hills. Free WiFi is available.

What makes the place really special is the exceptional customer care by Neil and Sue. They really go the extra mile to ensure you have a great stay! They personally welcomed us and took us to the bungalows by long tail boat. They arranged great private snorkelling trips and Sue cooked for us the most delicious special Christmas meal with grilled gambas, delicious fresh crab and many other Thai delicacies. She is a great cook and it was our best meal in Thailand. Neil will ensure you get everything you need: from buying chocolate powder for our 9 year old son for his hot chocolate to personally taking my husband to the doctor. The bungalows are very nice and situated few minutes walk from a great beach. It was very well located to go snorkelling to nearby islands such as Koh Kradan, with an amazing reef and plenty of coral and fish. Overall we had a great stay and felt very welcome by Neil, Sue and their children Theo and Hugo.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, we were a group and got rooms near each other even though in the reservation they wasn t. The rooms are modest but clean. We rented scooters from the property and also arranged for us a day trip to emerald cave and koh kradan for a very good price, cheaper than in the village. The food at the restaurant is also tasty and cheap.
