The staff and manager of the place were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic in the heart of Cappadocia but a few miles away from the agitation of the most touristic places. The breakfast is very varied and taken in the related hotel (Gamirasu) one of the most beautiful hotel in Cappadocia

Our stay at Mayda Cappadocia Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The view from the terrace was incredible, with hot air balloons filling the sky at sunrise and an amazing view of the nearby castle. The location couldn't have been better — everything we needed was within easy walking distance, including shops, restaurants, and popular sights. The hotel staff were super helpful, especially with arranging tours and activities. Thanks to their support, we had the chance to experience a fantastic balloon ride and explore the beauty of Cappadocia without any hassle. Their kindness and attention to detail really made a difference. I highly recommend Mayda Cappadocia Hotel to anyone visiting this magical region!

Everything, the hotel is really beautiful, the room had all the amenities you need on a trip, the attention was incredible, the whole family was too kind and gentle, I would definitely choose this hotel when I return to Cappadocia, the owner found me some incredible tours and my favorite and what I recommend was the Turkish night, really if you stay here do not hesitate to ask for help and advice to make your trip more fun.

The location was perfect. Great views. We loved the outside terrace for coffee or a sunset drink. The on-site Hamam was a bonus. Delicious breakfast. Most importantly the staff were friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Highly recommend

We had reserved two rooms for two nights, the cave-like place known in this area. As soon as we entered our room, we could smell a strong smell of damp and mold. There was one dehumidifier that couldn't absorb all the moisture. There was no way we could leave right away because we had a hot air balloon flight booked for the next morning. It was very dusty, sand was falling everywhere from the ceiling and walls. My husband went to sleep in the car. In the few hours inside the room, our clothes absorbed the moisture and smelled bad. After the hot air balloon flight and the breakfast (which was very poor) we left right away. They didn't want to refund us for one night 😡

9.5 out of 10 Everything was perfect! Family business and the whole family are really nice people, helpful and caring. The food is just amazing; breakfast was fantastic and really rich. They coocked dinner for us both days we stayed here and it was the best meals we've had for the whole week we were in Turkey. They also organise tours for you if you want and give all the info needed. On our last day we didn't know where we could buy some Baklava to take home with us and even though we were staying in Goreme in another hotel they were so kind to buy and bring some to us. This is the type of care for the guests that you rarely see.

We want to thank all the hotel staff who did everything for our comfort: Emir, Ahmed, Shakhir, Mrs. Pembe. They helped us find the best prices for hot air balloons, hammams, and shuttles, great hiking routes, and advised us on the most beautiful places. We would like to especially mention the wonderful restaurant in the hotel, where there are many more locals than tourists. We would be very happy to return to Cappadocia and stay at Sakli Konak again!
