Vy was really welcoming. On my arrival she offered me coffee and explained me all about what to do in Saigon (plus gave me the map), where to eat, take a massage, get the bus…. She arranged a tour to Mekong delta for me. Room is nice, clean, towels, safe, hot water. Location is good.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The staff were super nice and helpful—they gave me an umbrella when I was heading out and helped me with the taxi driver. The location is great, close to everything I needed. Everything felt fresh and modern, with great decorations. The place was super clean, including the room, which was well decorated with new bathroom equipment. The bed was comfy too. Definitely recommend

A very lovely guest house. Our room was equipped with a kitchenette, all new appliances, a sparkling clean bathroom, and a super comfy bed. We had a sweet little balcony area as well. Close to lots of eateries, Saigon River, Walking Street, etc. Hosts were lovely and helpful (you will need google translate at times), I would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend it.

Room was large and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the neighbourhood, it was close to the airport but still in a lovely area with lots to do and see. Host was extremely helpful with some stressful baggage loss issues on my flight to HCM. I would definitely stay here again. Good to get a little out of the busy district 1.

Cool neighbourhood with loads of eateries, cafes, and great access to nice walks by the river. Beds were really comfy, and nice balcony. We appreciated little touches like bottles of filtered water in the fridge for our arrival. Good communication from the owner.

My stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel host, Cô Châu, went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience. I encountered unexpected travel delays, resulting in a late check-in. However, she was incredibly understanding and supportive, making the check-in process a breeze. Their warm and friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease after a long journey. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, with thoughtful amenities that made my stay truly comfortable. Furthermore, she provided me with excellent recommendations for local dining and attractions, allowing me to make the most of my time in Ho Chi Minh city. I will definitely return on my next visit. We highly recommend this place to anyone who would want to stay in District 1. It’s located in a quiet street but only a few steps away from the hustle and bustle of the city with shops, restaurants etc. The homestay is well-maintained and exceptionally clean. There’s a community kitchen and a washing machine (free of use) on the third floor. Most importantly, the hosts — Mie and her uncle — were outstanding! They are very welcoming, helpful and responsive to questions throughout your stay! They even informed us about a construction nearby before our arrival and provided earplugs.

Lovely family and homestay, which is in a quiet part outside Ho Chi Minh city. Local area with no tourists at all! Takes about 20 - 30 mins into the center of Ho Chi Minh by bike about 30,000 - 50,000 VND depending on location and time. Great if you want to stay in the real part of Vietnam and be with locals. The family is really kind and dropped me to the airport for free! I'm happy to help with anything. The place was clean and quiet. Nice few places nearby for coffee or food from the street!

Stay here every time in HCM, great room value for money, lovely host family. Kettle & Fridge & A/C that works well. Great location in the heart of the action but very very quiet as down a small alley with lots of food options.

Wonderful homestay with a really lovely host, very special experience that we won't forget, thank you for your kind hospitality and for a wonderful stay! The host and her family are so kind and our children loved all the animals! So lovely to stay here and also very close to the cu chi tunnels to allow you to go to the tunnels and beat the crowds from HCMC. Delicious food also and the loveliest of hosts!
