It's such a lovely place, the best I've stayed in Vietnam. The rooms are super clean, shower is separated from rest of the bathroom which is not common in Asia, there is a balcony and Netflix streaming on a big TV as well as tea and coffee and daily cleaning. Bed is also very comfy. The location is superb, 2 min to the center, but still a bit off the crowded and busy area so it's quiet by night. Wi-Fi works so far good enough. Staff is also very lovely and helpful. Just the best!

The stay was stunning. The couple's hosts were welcoming and cared quite well for our needs. They prepared us with a lovely room overlooking the garden and pool. We could taste some local noodle dishes for breakfast and lunch, like Vietnamese spicy beef noodle soup or Hue beef noodle soup, which were excellent. We recommend it without hesitation. It is in a neighborhood with many tall trees, away from the hustle and bustle of the Center of Hoi An, suitable for someone who likes the peaceful. Sitting under the tree or enjoying coffee under the stars, they have a small garden decorated with many tiny LED lights, which is quite chill. Also, it is only a 3-5 minute scooter ride from the center, or you can use their bicycle for free if you want to ride around and around to discover more about the city. They are adorable. The accommodation is excellent and very cozy.

We really loved our stay at Kemi House. The rooms are clean and modern. Old town just a few minutes away. Location is perfect. Laundry service was great and they also have bicycles. The family is incredibly nice. We highly recommend this place. Thank you again for the amazing stay!

This is north of the old town and a great location for wandering around Hoi An. Staff are friendly and speak good english. The pool is a bonus. Rooms are large and comfortable. One of the other house guests lost an older friend in the middle of the night - he had wandered off. We found him lost and disoriented and dehydrated and I rang Vincent and Vincent immediately came and brought him back to the hotel so his other two aussie mates could team up again.

We had such a good time in this homestay. The most helpful and kindest host we had. She helped us carefully packing our stuff for taking it safely, with purchasing tickets to the lights show, ordering taxis and provided amazing recommendations. Absolutely would stay here again if I am back to Hoi An. The location of the house is super central. Here you really get a locals vibe with all the neighbours kids playing on the streets. Simply lovely.
