This was a perfect place for me. I had just arrived in Vietnam from India. Everything in the room had what I needed. A comfy bed, clean bathroom with good smells, good lighting, a nice modern and new interior. There is a rooftop to do yoga or just have your coffee and tea. The housekeeper is more than happy to make you feel comfortable and get what you need. He even offered to do my laundry. What a plus that was. Thank you! The owner speaks good English and willing to accommodate whatever you may need. The owner is also a designer, so be sure to ask to visit his store in the main part of town. The best part staying here was getting to stay in a local neighborhood with no tourists and yet you are only a 15 min walk to main attractions. There are restaurants galore within a ½ mile. And if you are a vegetarian, you will be in heaven. I would stay here again. A homestay is really about the people who run it. This is a good homestay. Thank you! Cheers!

The lady and husband are wonderfull, I got many help for everything.. A bit sick, i got rice and honey, wanted to go out, arrange taxi, walk with me to end of the street .. Everything very nice, the bed soft and nice pillows.. Nice terras with plants.. You can see daily life from the terras, only local people live here, they say hello and are very friendly.. It was very clean, nice bathroom and warm water, good working shower .. Coffee ,tea , water and soap for free.. Just super, whenever you stad in HCM, this is the place to be... Feels like home with a lovely mother Who takes care of you.. Thank you very much Phuong, Loved the place, I come back, Brigitte

The Owner is a great guy and helps with everything. He even invited me to hang out with him and his friends in the evenings! The rooms are comfy and very clean. In the rooms you cant hear anything from the streets which is great for a good sleep.

Amazing little apartment! It has everything you need, from a big bathroom with a powerful shower, little kitchenette with all utensils and a very comfy bed! The host even had a scale we could borrow when asked which was very helpful! About 15-20min walk to the palace/museum.

The property was very nice and clean when we arrived. It is also well decorated and spacious for the three of us. I liked how the room had a projector we could use, it was a nice touch. Perfect for a short stay in HCM. The host was also very communicative and kind!
