The staff is very helpful and can assist you with any questions you may have. Just opposite is the tourist office where you can get info for your time in Andorra. The hostel provided towels and I was allowed to stay for some time in the common area after check out. The location is also one of the best in Andorra as you can take the buses running just outside the hostel for nearby villages and is only 10-15 minutes from the centr.
