EVERY SINGLE THING ABOUT THIS MOUNTAIN HUT IS JUST *CHEF'S KISS* - Izzy was the coolest staff there and he was willing to take me down to Kranjska Gora after being exhausted from hours and hours of hiking. Great guy - I tried their mushroom risotto and it tasted great as well. You will see the incredible backdrop of nature while eating or just chilling there. - I took the greatest pee in the history of my life in the hut's toilet. The view was just awe-striking.

Conveniently located ~ 10min walk to train station, modern, clean and well equipped. Host was amazing accommodating late train arrival and also helped us call a cab in the morning to pick up our rental car.

Haus Monika und Haus Claudia was great! The location is perfect. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. It is directly across from the main gondola in Mayrhofen. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had everything you need. Nice balcony. Breakfast was great and parking on site. Also and ski and snowboard room with boot warmers. I would totally recommend this place and I would stay there again if I’m in the area! Thank you staff Hause Monika und Haus Claudia!
