Very tastefully and interestingly decorated. The owner thought of every detail to make the guest feel at home during vacation from both the style and practicality. We loved that it had a coffee maker and milk in the fridge for our morning coffee. The 3-d map on the wall was a big hit for us! The chairs to watch TV were super comfortable as was the bed. There were blankets and pillows in the living room. Kitchen had everything needed and more like pot with boiled water. Great idea! They have very tasty tap water there. I would highly recommend The Sounds and hope to return myself. The view is spectacular!

Hanlon Guest House está en Stanley, a 4 min a pie de Godfreys Beach, y tiene salón de uso común, habitaciones libres de humo y wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. I slept here for ten hours straight! It was incredibly quiet and comfortable. The location is excellent, very close to the penguin viewing spot. The internet connection is great, and I could log into Netflix on the TV to watch shows.

Eliza was an awesome host, she went above and beyond and even delivered a phone we left in the room when we were out at an event!!

Suited our purpose to stay on our way to Arthur River and then again on our return. Host a most helpful lady and we really enjoyed chatting with her. The accommodation was clean and tidy and a comfortable place to stay. Good size fridge freezer and a shower that was the best we had been in. We came prepared to self cater, if you don't then you have to drive into Smithton or Stanley, or eat prior to travelling here. Suited us fine. Also had internet access which was unexpected.

Penguin Seaside Homestay, que tiene jardín, salón de uso común y terraza, dispone de alojamiento en Penguin con wifi gratis y vistas a la ciudad. Wayne is such a sweet host! He is very accommodating, gives great exploring tips and cooks delicious meals. His house is also super comfortable and clean. Loved the area in general, which remains relatively close to the little penguins observation areas.

The Cosy Cottage está en Port Sorell, a 23 km de Devonport Oval, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis y zona de barbacoa. A good range of breakfast options :-) though I do enjoy jam or honey on my morning toast :-) just a suggestion for next time :-)

After a heap of travel, from the moment we arrived we knew this was exactly what we were needing.. a breather! The stunning view, serenity and well appointed cottage was perfect. Only downside was we only had booked for 2 nights! A beautiful rain forest walk from the property, certainly well worth doing. Great BBQ facilities with an open fire and views as well as chickens and veggie garden where you could help yourself to in-season veggies and fresh eggs! Grant host - very welcoming 🙂
