The Hotel is near the Railway Station and the Airport, perfect location to reach everything easily. The starting point for Tianmen Mountain is 20 minutes away walking. The employees were really friendly, helpful and courteas.

We stayed for three nights in this hotel to visit Zhangjiajie national park and Grand canyon. The staff was very helpful, gave us tips and a marked map to navigate easily in the park. All the reception ladies are very helpful, they made our trip a lot easier. We had a room on the third floor with a balcony. The room was equipped with all the necessities, housekeeping was everyday. Breakfast was in chinese style. Location is optimal, it's around 15 min. walk from the park entrance. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Really nice hosts, they helped us a lot, offered advice on how to see the town best and were just really generally nice and helpful. The room is in a really nice looking location so it's a great base from which to see the town or just chill on the balcony. The provided ginger candys, toohbrush and tea which was also a bonus. When we were leaving the helped us with our bags and called a local taxi for us, since there aren't that many Didis in this town

Everything was simply perfect. I have no words to describe how grateful we are for our stay in this place. The staff is great, seriously. They took care of us from the very beginning until the end. The room also received a free upgrade, which was really nice. You can’t go wrong with this place, you will feel like home. If we’ll ever go back to Fenghuang, this will be our choice. Thank you to everybody, you were all great🙂

She picked me from airport and booked all the sightseeing tickets for me. Also she explained very well how to cover the sightseeing points. Property is located walking distance from main cable car station of Mt Taishan.

Το Yijingju Humanistic Inn είναι ένα κατάλυμα με θέα στην πόλη, κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge και δωρεάν WiFi. Really friendly lovely inn. Family room was spacious and very clean. The owners were incredibly helpful and thoughtful. It was an ideal base to explore the area and near a lot of nice restaurants.

Το 云起山居庭院观景民宿 διαθέτει καταλύματα σε Fenghuang. Υπάρχει βεράντα και οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να χρησιμοποιούν το δωρεάν WiFi και τον δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης. Just next to the ancient town, the owner was extremely helpful and spoke English. Do not attempt to the place on your own as we did :) The owner offers to wait for you at the bus stop/taxi stop and accompany you to the hotel, which is only a couple of minutes away.

Το Heaven's Gate Home Stay --free pick up service--panoramic view of Tianmen Mountain διαθέτει καταλύματα με εστιατόριο, εξωτερική πισίνα, κήπο και κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge, ενώ το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος... Really nice apartment with great view. The owner was more than helpful- provided lots of useful tips, drove us from the airport and made a great effort to ensure we had pleasant stay. Also, the breakfast was really nice and tasty :)

Everything was great, Good location, The Property Manager Rebecca is very friendly, helpful, speaks English well (special thanks for her), the room is clean and size is very comfortable for solo or couple, generally it was really good experience, I would recommend the property for anyone coming to Zhangjiajie.

The hotel is very well located in a central area, I stayed in a room with a beautiful view of the river and the mountains. Language barrier is always tricky in China but the receptionist is very attentive and was always going above and beyond to communicate, she was always ready to show the best itinerary and give tips of where to go and what to do.
