The hotel will let you know where the taxi should drop you off. it is about 1-2 minutes walk from the drop off. The owner will meet you at the drop off to guide you to the hotel. The location for the Hotel is really strategic. We stayed for 2 nights and managed to explore the main area multiple times. The sound from nearby pubs were off around 11pm so it wasn’t an issue for us. The owner was try friendly and helpful in his suggestions (especially on good food). We will stay here again in future.

One of the best experiences I've ever had! The kindness and generosity of the host truly went above and beyond anything I've experienced before. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, helpfulness, and genuine care. It didn’t feel like just accommodation—it felt like visiting a friend. Every detail was taken care of with such attention and thoughtfulness. I would recommend this place to anyone, not just for the comfort and location, but because the hospitality is something truly special.

Το Zhangjiajie Twelve Warm Inn-Tianmen Mountain Ropeway Station προσφέρει θέα στην πόλη, δωρεάν WiFi και δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης. The owner Jenny was amazingly friendly and helpful! She helped us book all the transport, tickets and plan our routes everyday. She even helped us buy other tickets after we left the hotel. My partner doesn't speak Chinese and a helpful local in China is priceless. The service itself is worth the money, you don't even need a tour guide. Good location as well, walking distance to Tianmen mountain cable car station and the main town.

I liked everything, especially our dear Cherry, who speaks very well english and helped us a lot with everything we need, also taking tickets at good price for National Park and others,explaining what to do there. The location is few minutes walking from the entrance of Wulingyuan Scenic Area. Lot of tasty and cheap food near hotel. Room clean, very nice, everyday change towels, give you free water, also coffee if you want. I am so happy i choose this one, and met her and her family. They are devotated and help you with all you need.Also help us book train tickets. Learn us how to come and go by bus, to be cheaper. It is 2 minutes from bus station. The area very nice to walk and enjoy. If i could, i would give more than 10.

Phenomenal, super helpful owner and the location! Huihui has been the best host ever and I do travel a lot. She even fetch me from the street at 11 pm when I got lost in Fenghuang maze of streets 💕 Great tips on the area, where to go and what to see. The room was great, spacious and with great view. If I come back to Fenghuang I will stay again with HuiHui. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience at this family-run hotel in Zhangjiajie. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. What really made the difference was the amazing hospitality of the manager—he was very attentive, gave us helpful tips to explore the area, and even offered rides to the airport and train station. It truly felt like staying with friends. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

Everything was lovely, the rooms were clean and big and really warm (we visited in winter), the location of the place is super convenient and they offered a free shuttle to the entrance of the park & to the bus station, the breakfast was delicious, as well as the dinner, and Rebecca was incredibly kind, accommodating and helpful! They also offer tickets and tours to the attractions in the area!

Reception was very helpful in planning our iterinary. Location is also very strategic with lots of good eateries around. Room was also spacious and clean with amazing views of the mountains.

Το Easy House Gaoyun Branch βρίσκεται σε Zhangjiajie, σε απόσταση 19 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Εθνικό Πάρκο Zhangjiajie και προσφέρει καταλύματα με κήπο, δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης, μπαρ... Great place to stay in Wulingyuan, close to the main park and the gran canyon. Rebecca was very helpful, she explained me how the park works and helped me to book the tickets in advance. Highly recommend 👌
