The owner is incredibly helpful and friendly. I was working remotely and before I arrived, my laptop charger stopped working. The owner researched chargers and offered to go out and buy me one so it was ready for my arrival as I would arrive in the evening and had to work early the next day. It is fantastic value in a great location. Breakfast was lovely with the rooftop view.

Everything is super clean all the time and the kitchen is very well equipped. There is a small interior courtyard which is also the dining room so its easy to meet people because everyone is in the same place.

I hardly ever leave reviews but this place, especially the amazing host Felipe, deserves it! Felipe is one of the kindest people we have ever met. During our 4 month travels, we haven’t met anyone as giving, respectful and kind as Felipe. Not only did he help us with anything we needed (including hanging and folding our laundry!), we also spent a traditional December festivity evening with him. We lit candles and he prepared a lovely coke and rum cocktail for us. He also gave us yummy Colombian sweets to try, all out of kindness. These are only a few of the many things Felipe did for us. About the location, it is in a fairly quiet, non-touristic neighbourhood, but it’s safe and very close to a big metro station (Hospital), which will take you anywhere. Felipe, if we ever return to Medellin, we will 100% stay with you! Thank you so much again for everything (and give the 8 cats lots of hugs from us too). ❤️

It was more like staying at a friend’s house. She organised a tuk tuk to take us to waterfalls. Did our washing. Left us eggs, bread and cheese for breakfast. There were coffees, teas, milk and cereals. The room was spotless and an amazing bathroom. It’s huge. There’s an area to sit and you can help yourself to drinks .

Muy amables todos. Pudimos utilizar la cocina sin problema y también servirnos el café (gratis). La ducha con bastante potencia. Zona residencial pero con tiendas, farmacias cerca.

Hostal La Comedia se encuentra en Jardín y dispone de jardín, salón de uso común y wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. Lovely couple - helpful, nice and caring. The house itself is also beautiful, especially the common space with a lot of light and flowers. And the cat is just a big bonus :)
