After 8 pm, the neighborhood seems a bit alone, and have to be more careful as a solo traveler. Big shout out to Jairo, who not only prepared and served breakfast in the beautiful dining room, but gave great tips for the stay, and where to eat, and was always kind and made me feel at home away from home. Truly enjoyed sitting at the big table for breakfast and meeting people from around the world. If you enjoy talking to strangers, great opportunity for socializing.

Many places for coffee or a pastry just outside of the building. Very grateful for the hospitality when I arrived and the help getting settled in.

Comfortable bed, easy-to-use kitchen, super clean bathroom, warm shower. 100% recommend! In fact, the photos didn't do justice to how comfortable the place is. If you are traveling from US, it's important to acquaint yourself with how showers generally function around here, know where the hot point is on the handle, and learn how to light the gas in the stove safely with a small lighter. These are not complaints about the location, these are standard circumstances you can expect in a Colombian household. Nothing wrong with that, just something to adjust to if you're not familiar. So familiarize yourself and you will have a blast

The staff was extremely kind and helpful on every opportunity. I book a bed in a share room but when I arrive my bed was taken so they gave a private room without extra charge. I had to leave at 3am because a pretty early flight so the staff make all the arrangements to be there for the check out.

In fact, it is better than a lot of pricier rooms. I arrived at 5:00 in the morning and they were ready to welcome me, whereas in the majority of hotels you can't arrive before 15:00. Extremely friendly people.
