Beautiful view, easy to go down the city by 30 min walk or 5-10 min taxi to the city. Great host recommended a lot of places to go. Host washed the laundry for me at very cheap price. Super cheap for great quality. I would come back here!!

He's very inviting and helpful - a really warm individual. The other element of the stay that was really enjoyable was the view. While this location might not be the best for those without a vehicle, if you do, the view from the room / yard is wonderful!

But what made the experience truly unforgettable was Mari herself. She’s warm, real, and made me feel like I was staying with a friend. I wish I had stayed one more night—she brought Kutaisi to life for me, and spending time with her made the city feel personal and unforgettable.

The room itself was very clean, well-maintained and looked just like the pictures. All the amenities and items that were described on the website were in the room. The lady at the front desk was very nice and answered all our questions. If I were to return to Kutaisi I would definitely choose to stay here. I would definitely recommend the place.

Its in a wonderful location with very lovely and kind people. Their dog is very playful and good. One of our best stays in our 2 week trip in georgia. Very comfortable bed, hot water and we weren't cold. The food and chachapuri was delicious. The family even though they didnt speak good english , were very willing to communicate and we didnt have problem. Very happy people. Thanks for a very nice stay!
