The staff working there were extremely nice and helpful. The room was well prepared, clean, and welcoming. The location was nice - in a charming little town 30min walking disrance from Fira - main area. There was a little grocery store and a few cafes/local restaurants 5min away from the hotel. Bus stop was 9min away and you could get to pretty much anywhere needed easily. They were very kind to offer me an earlier check-in at a time, which I appreciated since I had to spend the night before at the airport and without sleep. They printed for me bus schedules and gave instructions on how / where best to be. Overall, it was a great experience.
