Rani went above and beyond to help us secure a last minute jeep booking to visit Mt Bromo, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect—quiet, cool, and peaceful, making it a great escape from the city. Plus, the hotel is equipped with Starlink WiFi, which was fast and reliable enough for me to get some work done during the trip. Highly recommended!

Such a beautiful setting, Mountain Ecolodge was a perfect place to base myself for visiting Bromo. Mary the host is so kind and I really enjoyed my time here. Super peaceful and an amazing view of the landscape ❤️

The owner is absolutely the best, he caned to pick us up at the train station, he arranged for us a motorbike to drive up to Mount Bromo and he left us leave our bags with him free of charge. He took care of giving us all the good indications on how to ge to Malang by bus and he was always available via WhatsApp if we needed anything. Can’t do better in the area

Java Turtle Lodge Meru Betiri está a 4 min a pie de Playa Rajegwesi y ofrece alojamiento con restaurante, jardín, salón de uso común y terraza. Hotel is really well maintained with nice rooms and essentially a private beach out the back door. Didn't have time to see the turtles, but spent two nights relaxing and made a visit to the Green Bay thanks to the owner Hadi who took me on his motorbike. It's tough to get to, but it's a great place to break up a journey between Java and Bali or vice versa. Make sure you have your own transport or arrange pick up in advance.

Really liked the nice neighborhood and the size of the homestay- high ceilings and spacious social area felt like a comfortable family home. Our host set up our trekking tour for us with a great guide- everything included- which was so easy, and we had great laundry service done. Water, tea and coffee available to self-serve and beer was available for purchase- nice details!
