I had such a great stay at Ringsun Homestay. The views alone made it worth it — it’s elevated above the area, so I could look right over the trees and even see the ocean from my villa. Super peaceful and comfortable vibe the entire time. The WiFi was strong (better than most places I’ve stayed in Bali), and the location is really convenient with plenty of restaurants and cafés close by. I also rented a motorbike directly from the reception, and they made the process unbelievably easy. Overall, I definitely recommend Ringsun Homestay to anyone staying in or around Uluwatu. It’s a solid mix of comfort, views, convenience, and value.

Campuhan Guesthouse está en Tabanan, a 24 km de Templo de Tanah Lot y a 26 km de Museo del Renacimiento de Blanco. La habitación era muy amplia y estaba muy bien acondicionada. Muy limpia y bonita. El alojamiento era precioso tanto la arquitectura como las zonas comunes. Tenía un cataratas maravillosa que estaba en el mismo complejo. Y lo mejor, las personas que allí te reciben, maravillosas, atentas, amables y risueñas.

First of all, this place is great value for money, the place only has two get houses that share a very nice kitchen, and an extremely zen garden. The guest house is very well designed and gave us a very cozy and comfortable sense. The location is in a very authentic balinese countryside village in Tabanan (not too far from Ubud) and is close to many amazing spots in that area that you can visit. The owner Mr. KETUT was extremely devoted to guest satisfaction even since contacting us on Whatsapp before checking in. He picked us up from our previous hotel himself and gave us the tours. Very subtle, flexible and follows what you like, always welcoming feedback to improve the place. The prices he gave us for the tours were quite reasonable compared to other places we've been and he did his best to help us find some things we were looking to buy and quite accurately interpreted and accommodated our plans and likes/dislikes in the tours. Also went out of his way to take some great photos of us in the tours himself as his phone had a very nice camera and shared them with us in HD. All in all, it was one of the best experiences we've had during our time in Indonesia. Mainly thanks to Mr K and his great hospitality. We didn't feel like guests in a hotel, but like being hosted by a friend or relative in the country.

Just 5 minutes from the beach, it’s truly a green, peaceful retreat. The whole place is cared for with love, spotlessly clean, and incredibly quiet. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Perfect for a calm stay near Balian Beach. we’ll definitely be back!

Dana's House se encuentra en Tabanan, a 2,5 km de Playa Kelating y a 12 km de Templo de Tanah Lot. Ofrece alojamiento con jardín y wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento, además de parking privado gratis.... Habitación como nueva: perfectamente limpia y bien decorada. Tal y como en las fotos. Un lugar al que alegra llegar después de un largo día de excursión. El baño, también impecable. Smart TV y Wifi funcionando a la perfección. El dueño, muy agradable y dispuesto a aconsejarte sobre lo que necesites. Repetiría sin duda.

D'Ume Bendoel Homestay está a 31 km de Templo de Tanah Lot y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, terraza y recepción 24 horas. Las cabañas son increiblemente bonitas y las vistas inmejorables. Todo allí te da paz, así que es el lugar perfecto para descansar y estar en contacto con la naturaleza. Si te apetece comer fuera, puedes ir caminando a un warung que hay en el pueblo a 10 minutos, pero Gede y su mujer preparan unos platos riquísimos. Ofrecen excursiones por los alrededores, masajes y alquiler de scooters. Son muy serviciales y con ellos es todo muy fácil. Siempre están disponibles para todo lo que necesites. Quisimos alargar nuestra estancia porque nos enamoramos del lugar, pero desgraciadamente no fue posible. ¡Volveremos!

The Dukuh Retreat tiene vistas al jardín y se encuentra en Tabanan. Cuenta con restaurante, cocina compartida, bar, jardín, piscina al aire libre abierta todo el año y terraza. The Dukuh Retreat is truly a magical place. We spent there as a couple a week after we arrived by plane to Bali and it was a great decision. It helped us to rest after our journey and learn a lot about Bali from the local people. We couldn't be more grateful for the attention and care of the staff about us. We enjoyed the traditional Balinese dishes, local cultural activities, beautiful garden and rice terrace near the house and above all the relaxing massage. Often we had the swimming pool or yoga classes only for ourselves so we were really given a lot of personal attention.

The place feels like home, you can share time with the owners and they will take you arround the rice fields and tell you the story about the lands and how they work the field. The bedroom its perfect with sunrise view. Putu and his wife make you want to came back.

Amazing luxury ecolodge right in the slopes of Mount Batukaru run by a Balinese-adopted Australian family. Beautiful houses and architecture. Natural swimming pool, plus river pools. Being in the middle of nature, just jungle sounds. The best is all the community and environmental projects the lodge supports with the income they get, plus projects to preserve the rainforest. The restaurant serves delicious dishes and exquisite desserts. It was a bit out of our budget but for a few nights it was a dream to be there.
