New air conditioner, and ceiling fan. Desk table and chairs, nice closet. Beautiful tiled floor. Owner lives in one apartment and very helpful. It is a bit of an small hill, they help me with the luggage since I am a senior. 5 minutes to the airport. Great value. I will stay there again.
