El baño era amplio y disponía de agua caliente algo que suele faltar o fallar en hoteles indios. El personal es amigable, cordial y colaborativo. Facilitan botellas de agua en abundancia. En la habitación hay cafetera para preparar té. El principal problema es el acceso a través de unas escaleras no muy anchas. Es un problema que han de tener muy en cuenta personas con problemas de movilidad. La ubicación es buena. La mayoría de las cosas que hay que ver en Fort Cochi están cerca. Se puede ir a pie o, como mucho, están a 10 minutos de tuck tuck.
